硝酸体系含铜废液直接电沉积过程中电流效率的研究

摘要 为了改善硝酸体系含铜废液直接电沉积过程中电流效率往往不高的情况,在对多种硝酸体系含铜溶液进行直接电沉积的过程中,通过添加一种环境友好型的抑烟剂,考察了抑烟剂浓度和槽液温度对电流效率的影响,并在最佳温度和抑烟剂浓度下,对某种挂具退镀含铜废液进行电沉积。研究结果表明:电流效率随着抑烟剂浓度的增加而升高,在抑烟剂浓度达到20%后趋于平缓;而随着温度的升高,电流效率先升高后降低,45℃左右达到最高。在最佳抑烟剂浓度(20%)和最佳温度(45℃)时对该种挂具退镀含铜废液进行电沉积,其平均电流效率能够提高40%以上。 In order to improve the situation that current yield of direct electro-deposition on nitric acid system waste solution that contained copper was usually so low, a kind of environment-friendly smoke inhibitor was added into a couple of different nitric acid system solutions that contained copper when the direct electro-deposition was carried out. During the direct eletro-deposition, the effect of concentration of smoke inhibitor and temperature on solution was also studied and then a kind of racks deplating waste solution that contained copper was electrodeposited under the best temperature and concentration of smoke inhibitor. The result of research shows that the current yield will increase as the increasement of concentration of smoke inhibitor and smooth-out when the concentration of smoke inhibitor reaches 20%. The current yield will also increase as the increasement of temperature till it reaches around 45~C and then decrease as the increasement of temperature. Electrodeposited this kind of racks deplating waste solution under the best concentration of smoke inhibitor 20% and temperature 45℃, and we find out that the enhancement of average current yield can be above 40%.
