摘要
为了改善磷化膜的性能,利用磷化工艺,将磷化与溶胶-凝胶技术相结合,在钢铁表面上制备了一种含无机非金属铝酸三钙、硅酸二钙等颗粒物的磷化膜。通过扫描电子显微分析技术,观察了保护膜表面的形貌,并与常规磷化膜的表面形貌进行了比较。硫酸铜点滴试验和擦拭试验的结果表明:用这种方法制备的保护膜表面颜色均匀一致,致密性高,结合力好。
To change qualities of phosphate film mixing phosphating and gelling technology, the resulting protecting film was formed with articles of 3CaO · Al2O3, 2 CaO · SiO2 etc. Using electromieroscope, the surface of protecting film was observed and compared with normal phosphating film. The results of CuSO4 solution dripping test and cleaning test show that protecting film formed from this method has an equally distributed color and has high density and excellent adhensity.
