摘要
伞形膜结构浮动环处的褶皱问题是困扰工程界的一个难题.褶皱不仅影响膜结构的美观,而且会对体系的受力性能产生影响.由褶皱的判别准则可知,褶皱产生的主要原因是第二主应力小于零.本文利用膜结构专用软件FT分析了影响浮动环处膜单元第二主应力的各种因素,探讨了如何增加浮动环处膜单元的第二主应力.分析结果表明浮动环的形状、脊索预张力的大小和矢跨比均对浮动环处膜单元的第二主应力有不同程度的影响.此外,对工程实例的分析也验证了本文的结论.
The wrinkling in floating ring of membrane structures has been a key problem in the engineering field. The presence of wrinkles in membrane structures affects not only the outlook but also the mechanical behaviors of the structure. According to the wrinkling criteria, the main reason resulting in wrinkling is that the second principal stress becomes less than zero. The factors influencing the second principal stress in floating ring are analyzed by computer software FT. It is shown that the shape of the floating ring, the stress of ridge cable, and the depth to span ratio of the structure are the main factors influencing the value of the second principal stress. Finally, the result is validated by project analysis.
