我国科技中介服务平台管理运行探析

A Study on Management and Operation of Service Platform of Scientific and Technological Intermediary in China

科技中介服务平台是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,在创新活动中发挥着配置和保障的功能,直接推动了创新成果的转化和扩散。目前我国科技中介服务机构管理运行机制很不规范,这在一定程度上影响了科技中介服务的水平和效率。为此应该通过对科技中介机构实行分类管理、创新服务内容和服务方式以及加强管理人才和服务人才培育等进一步提高科技中介服务的水平。

Being an important part of national innovation system, the Service Platform of Scientific and Technological Intermediary plays a role of allocation and guarantee in innovative activities and promotes the transformation of innovative achievements. Management and operation of Service Platform of Scientific and Technological Intermediary in China are not standardized yet and to some extent, affects service level and efficiency of Scientific and Technological Intermediary. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the classified management of Scientific and Technological Intermediary, to innovate service contents and methods, to strengthen team management and team training.
