摘要
目的:观察应用小剂量氟康唑预防新生儿重症监护室真菌感染的效果。方法:2006年度收治的284例为对照组,2007年度收治的416例为预防组。预防组给予3mg/(kg.次)的氟康唑静脉滴注,每3d一次。结果:2006年真菌的感染率为7.04%,2007年真菌感染率为2.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.12,P<0.01)。结论:小剂量的氟康唑预防新生儿重症监护室真菌感染有效,相对安全。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of low dosage of fluconazole in preventing invasive fungal infection in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods: There were 416 infants in the fluconazole group in the year of 2007, while 284 infants in the control group in 2006. The fluconazole group was administered at a dose of 3 mg/kg every third day during a week. Results: The incidence of fungal infection decreased from 7.04% in 2006 to 2.16% in 2007 (Х^2 = 10. 12, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions: The small dosage of fluconazole is effective and relatively safe to prevent invasive fungal infection in the NICU.
