346份药品说明书中儿童用药的调查分析

Analysis of Child Medication in 346 Drug Instructions

目的:了解药品说明书中儿童用药内容的标注情况。方法:对我院门诊西药房常用的346种药品的说明书中有关儿童用药的标示情况进行调查分析。结果:准确标注儿童用药占67.9%,标注儿童用药"尚未明确"占15.3%,标注遵医嘱或用量酌减占14.5%,标注"儿童慎用"占2.3%。在准确给出儿童剂量的说明书中,剂量以年龄计算占23.1%,以体重计算占32.9%,以年龄和体重计算占21.6%,直接给出剂量占22.4%。结论:药品说明书中还存在儿童用药内容缺失的问题,需引起各方面重视,加强管理,不断完善。

Objective： To learn the contents about child medication in drug instructions. Methods： Three hundred and forty-six drug instructions sampled from the pharmacy in our hospital were investigated and analyzed on the part for child medication. Results. The rate of the dosage for child medication accurately marked was 67.9%, and that of child dosage with the mark of ＂not yet clear＂ was 15.3%, and with the mark of ＂amount prescribed or reduced＂ was 14.5%, and the mark of ＂children caution＂ was 2.3%. Among the instructions with accurate dosage for children, 23.1% was calculated by age, 32.9% by body weight, 21.6% by both age and weight, and the other 22.4% was given directly. Conclusions： The contents of child medication are far from perfect, which should draw attention to better management.
