安氏Ⅱ类1分类错合的双期矫治

Two Phase Treatment of an Angle Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ Maloccusion

目的:研究双期矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错合患者骨骼改变。方法:选择30例以下颌后缩为主要表现的生长期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者。Ⅰ期采用Twin-block矫治器,Ⅱ期采用直丝弓矫治技术,应用X线头影测量技术进行治疗前后硬组织分析,并对测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:患者治疗后前牙覆合、覆盖关系正常、磨牙关系恢复Angle Ⅰ类,侧貌明显改善。结论:安氏Ⅱ类1类错合患者在替牙期、恒牙早期采用双期矫治能改善患者上下颌骨间不调,取得较好的矫治效果。

Objective： To observe the hard tissue changes induced by two phase treatment for the Angle class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion.Methods： Thirty children with Angle Class II division 1 malocclusion and mainly with mandibular retrognathia were selected.Twin-block and Straight wire appliance were used to correct in the first and second phases,respectively.Clinical effect was evaluated by cephalometric analysis before and after treatment.Results： Relationship of the anteriors and the molar was back to normal after treatment and the lateral view of patients was improved.Conclusion： The better efficacy was obtained of the two phase treatment of an Angle ClassⅡ divisionⅠmaloccusion.
