粒细胞集落刺激因子与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 心血管疾病已成为我国的常见病及多发病,其发病率有不断上升的趋势。心血管疾病的相关研究显示心肌不是终末分化组织,在心肌损伤后可以进行一定程度的有丝分裂[1],但单纯依靠其自身有丝分裂难以修复受损的心肌,只能由成纤维细胞填充,最终为瘢痕组织替代,并逐步发生心室重构,形成慢性心力衰竭。现有的内外科治疗都不能解决心肌细胞损伤修复的问题,目前有研究表明动员干细胞可以治疗心肌损伤。因为自体同源性及来源充足易于获取,使自体骨髓干细胞(bone marrow stem cells,BMSC)成为最佳种子细胞。粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony stimulating factor,G-CSF)是骨髓干细胞强有力的动员剂,
