摘要
目的:探讨比索洛尔(博苏)、咪达普利(达爽)联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择慢性心衰患者68例,随机分为两组。对照组常规应用利尿剂、洋地黄制剂等,治疗组加用博苏,每次5mg,每日1次;达爽,每次(2.5～5.0) mg,每日2次。疗程为8周。结果:治疗组治疗前后心功能改善情况均较对照组明显,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:比索洛尔、咪达普利联合应用治疗慢性心衰疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Bisoprolol combined with Imidapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods： Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group takes Bisoprolol （1×5mg,per day） combined with Imidapril [2×（2.5-5.0）mg,per day] as a extra,while the control group just takes diuretic and digitalis preparation.The course of treatment takes 8 weeks.Results： The efficacy of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Bisoprolol combined with Imidapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure must be efficient.
