中西医结合治疗环状混合痔78例

Therapeutic Effect of Integrative Medicine Therapy on Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids among 78 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:采用外痔分区段剥离缝合、内痔齿线上小V剪口结扎、消痔灵液注射,术后用中药坐浴熏洗。结果:本组78例全部一次治愈,术后无大出血,肛门狭窄等并发症,1年后随访无1例复发,肛门功能正常。结论:本术式简单有效、治愈率高、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods： Peeling and suturing external hemorrhoid by segments,cut and ligating the dentate line of internal hemorrhoids,injecting Xiaozhiling liquid,sitz bath and chinese herbal fumigation and washing after operation.Results： All the 78 patients cured without massive hemorrhage,anal stenosis and other complications after operation.The follow-up study a year later shows no recurrence.Conclusion： The surgical operation is simple and effective,should be worthily recommended in the clinical application.
