消骨增贴中乳香、没药的薄层鉴别

TLC identification of Olibanum and Myrrha in Xiaoguzeng Tie

目的:为进一步完善消骨增贴质量标准,增加专属性强的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别。方法:对该制剂中乳香、没药进行了TLC鉴别。结果:消骨增贴与阳性对照药材相应位置显相同斑点,而阴性对照品则各项TLC鉴别均不受方中其他组分的干扰。结论:该方法操作简单,检出结果可靠,可作为消骨增贴中乳香、没药的TLC鉴别方法。

Objective： To improve the quality standard of Xiaoguzeng Tie futher,and increase the high-special way of thin layer chromatography（TLC） identification. Methods： A TLC qualitative analysis was used to identify two components of this preparation,Olibanum and Myrrha. Results： The same spot emerged in the corresponding position of both the Xiaoguzeng Tie and positive control drug,and the relative analysis items of negative contrast wasn＇t affected by other components of the preparation at all. Conclusion： It is a easy manipulated and reliable way of TLC analysis which can be used for identifying Olibanum and Myrrha in Xiaoguzeng Tie.
