高职教育刑事执行专业课程改革的思考

Reflections on Reform of Specialized Courses in Criminal Major in Higher Vocational Education

目前,高职教育刑事执行专业人才培养的效果与市场之间还存在着系统偏差,而导致这一偏差的最直接原因是课程设置不当,因此我们必须加强课程改革。当前,课程改革要坚持就业导向、能力本位等原则,坚持以高职教育刑事执行专业的培养目标、刑事执行行业岗位对人才的基本要求等为依据,并采取加强师资队伍建设、科学的教学方法和先进的教学手段等措施。

At present, improper specialized courses offered in criminal major in higher vocational education results in systematic deviation between the ＇effect of personnel-training and market. So we must take measures to reform courses offered. In reforming in courses offered, we must keep to the principles of employment guidance and ability standard, build up the ranks of teachers, and introduce scientific teaching methods and taking other advanced measures on the basis of training objectives and special requirements for students＇ future jobs.
