患者自身伦理道德对围术期心理护理效果的影响

Effects of Patient’s Ethics on Perioperative Psychological Nursing during Perioperative Period

目的探讨患者自身伦理道德对围术期心理护理效果的影响,为责任护士对围术期患者进行心理护理寻求更有效的方法。方法将66例患者按便利抽样法分为实验组和对照组,两组均33例。实验组采用发放调查问卷和面对面交流法,全面了解患者对手术治疗和生活的态度,综合分析后从患者自身伦理道德角度进行干预;对照组采用传统的说教式健康教育法。两组患者均采用汉密顿抑郁量表和焦亚萍围手术期心理护理效果评分表评估,并比较其焦虑程度和心理护理效果满意度。结果实验组焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心理护理效果满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论患者自身伦理道德对围术期心理护理效果有正面影响。

Objective To explore the effects of patient＇s ethics on perioperative psychological nursing dursing perioperative period to find better solutions and theoretical foundations for responsible nurses. Methods Sixty-six patients were randomized into an experiment group and a control group of 33 patients each. A questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview were conducted to completely find out the patients＇ attitudes concerning operation therapy and life quality and then after the comprehensive analysis of all the factors,an intervention was carried out for the perspection of patients＇ ethics while the traditional health education method was used in the control group. Both groups adopted the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Perioperatie Psychological Nursing Effect Scale developed by Jiao Yaping to assess the patients＇ anxiety level and the degree of satisfaction for psychological nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the anxiety level and satisfaction level of psychological nursing in the test group was significantly lower and higher,respectively（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patient＇s ethics shows positive effects on perioperatire psychological nursing.
