摘要 目的探讨全方位个体化控制和清理管理模式(overall every control and clear,OEC)在本科护生带教工作中的应用情况。方法将OEC引入本科护生的临床护理教学管理工作,保证教学质量控制的有效性和适宜性;采用护生评课表、护生综合考评表作为考核标准,对实施OEC前后各病区的本科护生带教质量作一纵向比较。结果实施OEC后,护生评课成绩及护生综合考核成绩均明显高于实施OEC前的成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OEC真正体现了以人为本的管理,调动了带教老师的工作能动性,从而达到了提高临床带教质量的目的。 Objective To discuss application of the OEC(Overall Every Control and Clear) approach in clinical teaching of baccalaureate nursing students. Methods The OEC approach was applied into management of clinical teaching of baccalaureate nursing students to ensure the efficacy and suitability of teaching quality control. Differences of teaching quality in different wards before and after the application of the OEC approach were compared longitudinally by schedule evaluation table and comprehensive assessment table for baccalaureate nursing students. Results Scores of schedule evaluation table and comprehensive assessment table for baccalaureate nursing students was significantly higher after the application of the OEC approach than before( P〈0.05). Conclusions The OEC management,following the human-oriented principle,has a positive influence on motivation of the nursing teachers to improve clinical teaching quality.
