当前这场次债危机,只是对市场的本质及网络信息控制的国际化管理及新的价值观念的一种诉求。我国目前应采取的战略是:用更多的国家财政资金促进实现农业的科技化、社会服务化和信息现代化;加大科学技术、教育资金投入;实现现代信息通信技术全面更新;改善民生,使国人真正分享到我国经济改革和经济建设的成果。
