摘要
商务英语谈判,亦称跨国际文化谈判,谈判涉及面广,笔者主要从称呼言语行为,邀请言语行为、拒绝言语行为、招呼言语行为论述了不同文化对谈判效果的影响,力求使谈判者能够掌握合理、正确的言语行为,避免交际失误,从而使商务谈判能够顺畅,最终达到预期的效果。
Business English Negotiation, also called cross-cultural negotiation, involving wide tion. The essay attempted to state cultures' impact on negotiation via tion, speech act of refusal and speech act of greetings, endeavoring the negotiator mastering rational and correct speech act to avoid communicative flaw, hence to guarantee the business negotiation executing smoothly for the expected efficiency.
