摘要
随着时代的进步,高校图书馆现有的许多规章制度已不适应时代的要求,图书馆制度创新是大势所趋。通过系统论述图书馆规章制度创新的必要性,并提出规章制度创新的基本内涵和规章制度创新中应处理好的几个关系,对于高校图书馆建设与发展有着一定的指导意义。
With the progress of times, university library＇s regulatory framework has proved out of date, and thus the innovation of system proves the trend of the times.
