摘要
以2-氯-4-氰基吡啶和酚类化合物为原料,通过醚化、水解、酯化等反应合成了一系列2-(2-芳氧基吡啶-4-甲酰氧基)丙酸酯类化合物,其结构通过1H NMR和MS分析确证。生物活性测定结果表明,在1500g/hm2剂量下,部分目标化合物对油菜、反枝苋和马唐表现出较强的除草活性,用药15d内植物叶片逐渐失绿变黄,直至枯死,生长受到严重抑制。
A novel series of 2-(2-aryloxy pyridine4-carbonyloxy)propionates were synthesized by etherification,hydrolysis and esterification starting from 2-chloroisonicotinonitrile and phenoles.All of the structures were comfirmed by ^1H NMR and MS spectra.Preliminary bioassay showed that they were effective to Brassica campestris L.,Amaranthus retroflexus L.and Digitaria sanguinalis(Linn.) Scop.at 1 500 g/hm2.In 15 days of adminstration,the grasses lost their green sucessively and the growth was seriously inhibited.
