摘要
对自制酮洛芬βCD包合物的结构进行了研究。用红外光谱、X衍射、核磁共振技术研究了酮洛芬βCD包合物的波谱学性质,比较了酮洛芬与βCD形成包合物前后的波谱变化。结果表明:综合图谱解析结果,证实了酮洛芬有部分芳环进入了βCD分子内腔;同时,从酮洛芬分子结构上异丙酸部分的甲基信号产生明显的低场位移(核磁共振谱)的结果,证明是酮洛芬分子的异丙酸及其相连的苯环部分进入βCD分子内腔,形成了包合物。
Infrared (IR), Xray diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR, 500 MHz) techniques were utilised for the confirmation of formation of ketoprofen βcyclodextrin(βCD) inclusion complex. It was confirmed, by comprehensive analysis of spectra of these experiments, that partial benzene ring of ketoprofen molecule was included into βCD cavity; and that the benzene ring, jointed with isopropyl acid group, was iucluded into the cavity by judgement of methyl(in isopropyl acid group) signal lowfield shift in NMR spectrum.
