通过分析地方高等农业院校面临的人才需求变化,根据区域产业结构调整和农村经济发展的要求,提出充分利用以农林学科为特色、多科性大学的优势,通过科学定位农业人才培养目标,大力加强专业教学,多渠道拓宽学生知识面,深化教学改革,升华教学管理水平,营造浓厚的校园文化底蕴等措施,全面改革农业人才的培养模式,培养高素质的农业人才。

By analyzing the demand factors for regional agricultural schools of higher learning, accord- ing to the adjustment of regional economic structure, this article proposed to： making good use of the advantages of the universites, scientifically setting the aim of developing agriculture and forestry tal- ents, greatly enhancing the specialized teaching, broadening the scope of students＇ knowledge through various channels, deepening the teaching reform, improving the teaching administration, and creating a profoundly campus culture, reforming the agricultural personnel training mode and raising the agri- cultural talented students.
