关于加强高校基层团支部建设的探讨

高校基层团支部是高校共青团工作的重要组织部分,直接面对广大团员青年,是与广大团员青年保持着最直接最广泛的联系的基本单位,直接决定着高校共青团的发展。客观地看,目前高校基层团支部建设存在着不少薄弱环节,从分析高校基层团支部存在的问题入手,就如何加强基层团支部建设提出相应的对策,以期切实加强高校基层团支部建设。

College gra-roots branch of the Communist Youth League is an important part of the organi- zation, to directly face the majority of the members of the youth, with the majority of the members of the youth maintaining the most direct and extensive contact with the basic unit, directly determining the development of the Communist Youth League. To be objective, there are weak links of colleges and universities＇ currently in the building of the grass-roots branch. This article analyse colleges and universities from the grass-roots branch of at the existing of problems, and point out how to strengthen grass-roots branch of the Mission put forward the corresponding building measures with a view to effectively strengthen the building of grass-roots branch.
