摘要
当前商业贿赂已经成为典型的商业惯例,破坏了公平竞争和正常交易秩序,危害很大。而法律方面存在的缺失,使打击商业贿赂行为难以奏效。分析了我国商业贿赂的现状及法律缺失,探讨了治理商业贿赂的具体举措。
Currently, commercial bribery has become common business practices. Its damage is so serious, it breaks fair competition order. Missing of Legality on the commercial bribery is the reason of regulation failure. The article focuses on the status of China＇s commercial bribery and the missing of legality. In conclusion the author brings up the final treatment on commercial bribery specific initiatives.
