新《劳动合同法》下的农民工劳资关系的调整——以保定市为例

摘要 农民工是我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中涌现的一支新型劳动大军,对我国经济社会全面发展做出了积极贡献,但在各种政策、制度和机制尚不完善的情况下,农民工劳资矛盾带来了一定的社会问题。以保定市为例,就《劳动合同法》实施后农民工劳资关系现状、存在问题及原因进行了专题调研,并对构建和谐农民工劳资关系提出了4点对策和建议。 Migrant workers are a new tape of labor force in the process of China's reformation, opening- up, industrilization and urbanization. They have made positive contributions to the development of China's economy and society. But because of a variety of policies, systems and mechanisms is still not perfect, the contradictions between employers and employees has brought a certaint degree of social problems. In this paper, we take Baoding as an example, and conduct research topics as to situation, problems and reasons of migrant workers labor relations after the implementation of the "Labor Cont- ract Law", and put forward a four- point response and suggestions to the building of a harmonious labor relation between the migrant workers and their employers.
