摘要
图书馆工作者要做好服务工作,需把智慧贯穿于工作的每一个细节中。服务智慧包含知性智慧、理性智慧、情感智慧和实践智慧。其生成途径是多方面的,诸如建立积极的职业情感、实践积累、科研推动、学习提升等。
To do a good job in the service, the librarian needs to use wisdom in every detail of the work. The service wisdom includes the intellectual wisdom, the rational wisdom, the emotional wisdom and the practical wisdom. There are many ways to get wisdom, such as building up the positive professional emotion; summery from practice; pushing forward by scientific research; promoting by learning etc.
