摘要
采用高速铣削加工淬硬钢模具,不仅能缩短模具的加工周期,提高生产效率,同时也能保证淬硬钢模具的加工精度和表面质量。分析了淬硬钢高速加工的特点,并对淬硬钢模具高速铣削加工的工艺原则和编程策略进行了详细讨论。最后以实例说明了淬硬钢模具高速铣削加工工艺的制定及相应的编程策略。
High speed milling of hardened steel for die & mold directly, can not only improve the precision and surface quality, but also increase the work efficiency dramatically. The characters of high speed cutting of hardened steel has been analysised, and the principles of high speed milling technology and programming have been brought forward in this paper. An example has been done to explain the plan of technology and programming.
