摘要
针对中国女大学生就业概况,从社会、法律、经济学、高等教育学以及女大学生自身特点等多角度出发,分析了女大学生就业难的原因,给出了可行性的对策和建议。
Analyzed the reasons for the difficulties in contemporary female college students＇ employment from multiple angles of social law, economics, higher education and female college students＇ own characteristics, and proposed practicable coping strategies and suggestions.
