面对全球性经济危机袭来,中国经济正在经历改革开放以来最为严峻的考验。扩大内需、提振经济成为中国应对经济危机的重大举措。扩大内需有两条路:一是扩大个人生活消费,二是扩大公共生产消费。依据以往经济史的经验,大降价是迅速扩大消费的上好选择,应当鼓励。不过,应当警告的是,内需切不可强拉,美国次贷危机就是因为强拉内需惹出的滔天大祸。
