检察机关推行人民监督员制度之研究

Research on People' s Supervisor System Introduced by the Procuratorial Organizations

人民监督员制度,是检察机关顺应形势发展要求,从完善检察体制的高度出发所提出的一项重大制度创新,是改善和加强检察机关直接侦查案件外部监督机制、促进公正执法的一种制度。由于这是一项新的检察改革探索,本文拟对各地检察机关在具体执行过程中发现的一些问题提出改进和完善的意见。

The people＇ s supervisor system comes into being to meet the demands for the development of the prosecution. It is a major institutional innovation to improve and strengthen the supervision mechanism of the prosecution so as to promote a just law enforcement. Because it is a new reform in the prosecution, this article intends to put forward the views to improve the implementation by the procuratorial organizations in the specific cases.
