摘要
对挖掘机虚拟样机中使用的数字液压伺服缸进行仿真分析。介绍数字液压系统的工作原理,给出数字液压伺服缸的原理图和组成结构。建立数字液压伺服缸的静态模型方程和其静态刚度的求解方程。在此基础上,对建立的虚拟模型进行仿真分析,得出螺旋槽截面尺寸对静态刚度的影响曲线图。
This paper carries on the simulated analysis of the digital hydraulic pressure servo cylinder used for the excavator dummy specimen. It introduces in detail the digit hydraulic system' s principles of work, and provides the schematic diagram and composition structure of digital hydraulic pressure servo cyhnder. Then it establishes the static model equation and its static rigidity solution equation of digital hydraulic pressure servo cylinder. Based on this, it carries on the simulated analysis of the established virtual model to obtain the spiral groove section size that influence the curve diagram of static rigidity.
