摘要
基于国内外比较分析,发现我国农业科研投资具有较高的回报率,而目前我国农业科研资源在农业各行业、品种和领域的配置存在着明显的不均衡现象,农业科研投资制度在科研体系、科技力量部署、科研投资增长方面还有待完善。今后一段时期需明确政府在我国农业科研投资中的主导地位,加大投入力度,不断完善政府的农业科研投资模式,从制度上保证农业科研投资效率。
The agricultural research investment has a high rate of return according to the comparative analysis home and abroad. The resource allocation of agricultural research is unbalanced in configuration in the areas of business, industry, variety and field. And the institution of agricultural research investment still needs to be improved on research system, resource allocation and investment growth. It is necessary to strengthen the key role of government in agricultural research investment and make the investment model more perfect.
