摘要
本文用现代系统理论的观点和方法分析科技服务业的系统功能,把科技服务业系统划分为市场交易、技术研发、知识信息、设施场所和环境支持五个子系统,并考察各子系统的运作机制及其功能。
Based on the viewpoints and methods in modem system theory, this paper analyzes the system functions of S＆T service industry. The S＆T service system is divided into five subsystems including Market transaction, R＆D, Information, Facilities and Environment support. This paper also discusses the operation mechanisms and functions of the above subsystems.
