摘要
随着成熟度模型及知识管理研究的日益深入,国外的相关机构和学者提出了众多的知识管理成熟度的相关模型。对近年来较有影响力的9种知识管理成熟度模型作一综述分析,并在此基础上揭示了有待进一步研究的问题,以期为知识管理成熟度模型理论的发展提供一些新的视角和研究参考。
With the increasingly in-depth study of the maturity model and the knowledge management, a large number of maturity models related to the knowledge management have been proposed by foreign institutions and scholars. Review 9 influential Knowledge Management Maturity Models in recent years, and reveal the issues for further research, to provide some new perspectives and research references for the development of the Knowledge Management Maturity Model.
