华亭水厂改扩建工程设计

摘要 工程采用网格反应、斜管沉淀、双层滤料滤池工艺对华亭水厂进行改造,用PAFC(高效聚合氯化铝铁)作为混凝剂,ClO_2消毒剂。设计改进网格反应池的网格安装方式,双层滤料滤池采用了管道式中阻力反冲系统。通过近3年的运行,水力负荷由设计负荷的50%到接近100%设计负荷。滤后水浊度一直处在0.2NTU以下,达到了设计的预期效果。在小型水厂新建和改造中,本工艺具有较大的优点。 In this project, it takes the treatment processes of grating reaction, inclined tube sedimentation and dual media filtration in the revamping of Huating Water TreatmentPlant, and selects PAFC to be the coagulant while ClO2 to be the disinfectant. The installation method of the grid in the grid reaction tank is improved. In the dual media filter, the middle resistance pipeline type back washing system is chosen. Though the operation in the past 3 years, the hydraulic loading is increased from 50% to nearly 100% according to the design. The turbidity of the water after the filtration is kept under 0.2 NTU, and the expected effect is attained. In the newly building or reconstructing small-size water treatment plant, this kind of process has larger advantages
