不同时辰电针十二经原穴对正常人血浆cAMP、cGMP及其比值的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE AT THE TWELVE YUAN POINTS AT DIFFERENT TIME ON PLASMA cAMP AND cGMP OF NORMAL YOUNG ADULTS

采用１２×１２拉丁方实验设计，分别在酉、戌、亥、子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未和申时电针正常人的十二经原穴。结果发现，电针十二原穴对ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ及其比值影响的差异不明显；不同时辰电针十二经原穴对正常人的ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ及其比值有着效应差异；

In this experiment,we used 12×12 latin square Experimental design,observed the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) at the Twelve Yuan Points on plasma cAMP and cGMP of normal young adults at different time.The plasma cAMP and cGMP were measured respcetively just before and after EA at 18:00,20:00,22:00,24:00,02:00,04:00,06:00,08:00,10:00,12:00,14:00 and 16:00 of a day.The results showed that the effects of EA the Twelve Yuan Points on the plasma cAMP and cGMP of normal young adults were showing no significant differences.But the plasma cAMP and cGMP were changed when EA on the different points at different time.The results of present experiments indicates that the time factor play an important role in the effects of EA and the different effects of EA still exist in the normal young adults.
