血管回声跟踪技术定量评价2型糖尿病患者颈动脉弹性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用血管回声跟踪(ET)技术评价2型糖尿病患者颈动脉弹性参数的变化。方法应用ET技术检测44例被首次确诊的2型糖尿病患者及31例健康者为对照组的颈动脉压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度参数(β)、顺应性(AC)、单点脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),并分析其与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白之间的关系。结果2型糖尿病组的Ep、β、PWVβ高于对照组(P〈0.01),AC则低于对照组(P〈0.01)。EP、β、PWVβ与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈正相关,AC与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者颈动脉弹性明显减低,减低程度与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白相关;应用ET技术有助于评估2型糖尿病患者颈动脉弹性的功能改变。 Objective To evaluate the parameter changes of carotid artery elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes by echo - tracking (ET) technique. Methods Forty- four patients with type 2 diabetes and 31 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The carotid artery elasticity (Ep,β, AC, PWVβ) of each group was detected by EF technique, and the relationship among carotid artery elasticity, fasting blood glucose (FBG), hemoglobin Alc (HbA1c) were analyzed. Results Ep, β and PWVβin type Ⅱ diabetes group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and AC in type diabetes was lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was positive correlation among Ep,β, PWVβ and FBG, HbA1c, while there was negative correlation among AC and FBG, HbA1c (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The carotid artery elasticity in patients with type 2diabetes is obviously decreased which correlated with FBG and HbAlc. ET technique is a new and useful method to evaluating the changes of the carotid artery elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes.
