17例小肾癌超声误诊及漏诊原因分析

The analysis of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis by ultrasound in 17 cases of small renal carcinoma

目的探讨超声对小肾癌漏误诊原因。方法分析17例小肾癌声像图特点。结果直径1．0～3．0cm平均2．6cm；超声误诊为肾错构瘤7例，肾柱良性肥大2例，肾囊肿3例,分叶肾2例；其中6例周围可显示半环状的血流信号。结论超声结合其它影像学检查手段可提高小肾癌的定位及定性诊断能力。

Objective To explore missed diagosises and misdiagnosises cause of the small renal cell carcinoma by ultrasound. Methods The sonogram features of 17 cases of small renal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The diameter was 1.0 - 3.0 cm, average was 2.6 cm. The types of misdiagnosis cases were as follows： there were 7 cases of angiomyolipoma of kidney,2 cases of Renal columnar hypertrophy, 3 cases of Renal cyst, and 2 cases of lobulated kidney. Semicircular blood flow signal was showed at renal hilum around the small RCC in 6 cases among 14 misdiagnosis cases. Conclusions Ultrasound combined fined with other imaging technique can improve the diagnosis rate of small renal carcinoma.
