摘要
目的了解地方性氟中毒的流行现状。方法采用流行病学抽样调查的方法,对博兴、梁山2县15个地方性氟中毒重病村饮水含氟量与有关病情指标进行了检查。结果博兴、梁山2县调查点饮水含氟量均值分别为5.13、1.39 mg/L,2县平均值3.26 mg/L,范围0.31~5.78 mg/L。8~12岁儿童群体尿氟几何均值3.21 mg/L,个体最大值14.50 mg/L;成人群体几何均值3.94 mg/L,个体最大值17.99 mg/L;博兴县升高明显,两人群几何均值分别是4.56、6.06 mg/L。8~12岁儿童氟斑牙总检出率、缺损型率、氟斑牙指数分别为83.44%、16.78%、1.83;病情以博兴县为重,检出率、缺损型率分别高达90.70%、24.65%,部分病村检出率为100.0%。30岁以上成人临床与X线氟骨症总检出率分别为35.73%、21.96%,中(Ⅱ)度及以上检出率分别是25.75%、4.99%;以梁山县检出率较高。结论病区人群饮水含氟量超标严重,氟中毒病情尚未得到完全有效控制,防治形势依然严峻。
Objective To investigate prevalent condition of endemic fluorosis in Shandong provice to provide scientific basis for setting up controlling strategies. Methods By using sampling method of epidemiology, the related indexes of endemic fluorosis and fluoride content in drinking water were investigated in 15 villages of Boxing and Liangshan counties. Results The average content of water fluoride in Boxing and Liangshan counties were 5.13 mg/L, 1.39 mg/L, respectively, and the average in 2 counties was 3.26 mg/L,and fluoride contents ranged from 0.31 mg/L to 5.78 mg/L in 2 counties. The geometric mean of u- rine fluoride were 5.21 mg/L,3.84 mg/L,respectively in the children aged from 8 to 12 years old and the people 30 years old a- bove, and the individual maximum of urine fluoride were 14.50 mg/L, 17.99 mg/L, respectively in the children and adults,the urine fluorie content of 2 gruups in Boxing county were higher than that in Liangshan county. The rate of dental fluorosis preva- lence and iackness, and index was 85.44% , 16.87% , 1.83 respectively among tile children aged from 8 to 12 years old, and Boxing county was more serious, and the rate of dental fluorosis prevalence and lackness was 90.70% , 24.65% respectively,and the detectable rate in some villages can reach 100% in Boxing county. Among 501 case aged above 30, the detectable rate of osteofluorosis of clinic and of X - ray were 35.73 % ,21.96% on an average, respectively in 2 counties, and the dectectable rates of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ - degree osteofluorosis of the clinic and X - ray were 25.74% ,4.99% , respectively in 2 counties. Liangshan county was more serious. Conclusions The content of drinking water fluorie were beyond the country-standard in the two counties above. Endemic fluorosis is still out of control ,the control situation of endemic fluorosis is not optimistic.
