Not word unfamiliar to most of people any more,'European Style'has been prevalent for quite some time. It is popular among people of different classes. In this article, the author did an initial research into the formation reason, characteristic and trend of this phenomenon, and also made his own comments about its drawbacks and reasonability. The author also attempted to explore a comprehensive innovation way suitable for the construction development in China, based on the 'European Style'phenomenon widely seen in the public constructions in ChangSha area.
