摘要 白内障术前人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)度数测量的精确性直接影响术后屈光结果。IOL-Master是一种较新的非接触性测量IOL度数的手段。本文就IOL-Master测量IOL的原理、应用、优缺点以及最新进展作一综述。 Pre-operative accurate prediction of the intraocular lens (IOL) power directly influences refractive outcome after cataract surgery. IOL-Master is a new non-contact IOL power measurement. This article reviews the principle, application, advantage or disadvantage and prospect of IOL-Master.
