手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome,HFS)是部分细胞毒性药物在治疗中的较常见副反应。主要临床表现为手掌和脚掌皮肤发红、肿胀、刺痛,并且有行走和抓物困难。HFS虽然不会危险患者的生命,却给患者带来极大痛苦,影响患者正常的工作和日常生活,也会妨碍化疗的进行,影响疗效。目前国内外对HFS的报道较少,现以近几年国内外代表性的论文和综述为依据,进行分析,整理和归纳。

Hand - foot syndrome （HFS） is a common side effect of cytotoxic chemotherapy. The major clinical symptoms are erythema, swelling, twinge in the palms and soles. Patients also have difficulty in walking and griping. Although HFS can＇t result in death, it makes patients unable to work or perform normally in daily life. Because HFS can result in chemotherapy interruption, the efficacy of the treatment regimen will be reduced. Nowadays, there are rare reports about HFS at home and abroad. We reviewed articles and reviews on HFS.
