摘要
对使用预成型胎面和使用普通胎面的轿车子午线轮胎进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,使用预成型胎面的轮胎,其胎面胶料在硫化过程中的流动受到控制,在轮胎横截面上的分布更加均匀,从而使动平衡差度大幅度降低。
The passenger car radial tire with preformed tread was compared to that with conventional tread.The results showed that for preformed tread tire,the flow of tread stock during vulcanization was controlled and a more uniform distribution of the stock was obtained across the tire resulting in a significant decrease of the dynamic unbalance of the finished tire.
