抑郁症与正常人群的心理防御机制的对照研究

A control study of the psychological defense mechanism in patients with depression

目的：探讨抑郁症患者的心理防御机制。方法：采用防御机制问卷对30名抑郁症患者与30名正常人进行测试，并两组对照研究。结果：（1）抑郁症患者不成熟的防御机制及其投射，潜意显现，抱怨，幻想，退缩得分明显高于正常对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0.01，或P〈0.05）；（2）抑郁症组患者成熟防御机制得分明显低于正常对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0.01，或P〈0.05）。结论：抑郁症患者均采用不成熟防御机制如投射，潜意显现，抱怨，幻想，退缩的特定的防御方式。

Objective：To study the defense of patients with depression. Methods：30 patients with depression, 30 healthy controis were accessed with DSQ （defense mechanism questionnaire）. Results： （1） Patients with depression had higher scores immature style, projection, acting out, complaining, fantasy, regression than healthy control（P〈0.01 ,or P 〈0.05）. （2） The one groups with depression had lower scores mature style than healthy controls（P〈0.01, or P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Patients with depression used specific defense style, such as projection, acting out, complaining, fantasy, regression.
