摘要 本文着重讨论生物活性梯度涂层在等离子焰作用下的形成过程与物化反应。探讨喷涂过程中羟基磷灰石晶体的相变化与结构稳定性。通过对涂层梯度设计与工艺参数的控制,实现涂层成分梯度与结构梯度的分布。降低涂层与基体热膨胀系数的差值,减小涂层残余应力,提高涂层结合强度。 orming and changes in physical chemistry of bioactive gradient coatings in the process of plasma-spraying were studied in this paper.Phase changes and structural stability of hydroxyapatite in this process were explored.Gradient condition of constituent and density in coatings have been achievement by a coating design and process control.The disparity of expansion coefficient between coating and substrate were reduced.Residual stress in coatings was decreased,and bond strength was increased.
