摘要
通过对现场资料的统计整理建立了催化裂化流程停车事故树。在此基础上,对导致停车事故的基本事件的临界重要度、累计发生时间和累计发生次数进行了综合分析,提出了减少停车事故提高流程可用度和安全度的主要措施。
The Fault Tree refined from FCC shuts down accidents in practices.The critical importance of total shutting down time and frequency of the basic events were synthetically analyzed, and the main measures of reducing accidents,increasing availability and safety were also put forward.
