摘要
目的为了寻求一种经济且有效的苯酚废水的处理方法,探讨苯酚废水在该法中的降解规律和机理,为该法应用于实际苯酚废水处理提供理论依据.方法试验根据电解原理,采用自制三维电极-Fenton试剂法反应器对苯酚废水进行处理.结果三维电极-Fenton试剂法能够将电解产生的.OH和Fenton反应产生的.OH用于苯酚废水的降解,对苯酚废水具有较高的去除率,采用活性炭纤维作阴极,在最佳反应条件pH值为3.0,Fe2+投加量为0.8 mmol/L,电解电压为12 V时,苯酚的最大降解率为94.5%.结论三维电极-Fenton试剂法适用于处理浓度较高、且有毒性的废水,是个快捷、经济、高效的废水处理方法,同时对其他工业废水的处理具有借鉴意义.
This paper aims to seek an economic and effective treatment of phenol wastewater, discuss the degradation disciplinary and mechanism of phenol wastewater in this method and provide a theoretical basis for the application of this method to the actual phenol wastewater treatment. Based on the theory of electrolysis, a self-made three-dimensional electrode-Fenton reagent reactor was used to treat phenol wastewater. Three-dimensional electrode-Fenton reagent method could use . OH which is produced by electrolysis and Fenton reaction in the degeneration of phenol wastewater. It had a higher removal efficiency of phenol wastewater by using activated carbon fiber as cathode. The largest degeneration efficiency of phenol was 94.5% in the best reaction conditions. That is, the pH was 3. 0, the addition quantity of Fe^2+ was 0. 8 mmol/L, and the voltage of electrolysis was 12 V. Three-dimensional electrode-Fenton reagent is a speedy, economic and effective method for the treatment of the wastewater which contains high concentration and toxic. At the same time,it can also be used for reference to treat other industrial wastewater.
