C.I.直接黄50非光气法合成研究

None-Phosgene Manufacture Process for C.I.Direct Yellow 50

本文利用二（三氯甲基）碳酸酯作为光气替代物合成Ｃ．Ｉ．直接黄５０，对反应温度、ｐＨ、物料配比及催化剂进行了考察。结果显示替代反应条件温和、操作方便、安全、收率高。可望工业化。

Abstract As an alternative to phosgene,bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate(BTC) is used to synthesize C.I.Direct Yellow 50.The reaction conditions such as temperature,pH,substrate/BTC molar ratio and catalysts were optimized.This process is simple,safe and with good yield.
