针灸治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究概况

Clinical Overview on the Treatment of Infertilitas Feminis Caused by Ovulation Failure With Acupuncture

通过回顾分析近10年针灸治疗排卵性不孕症的的文献,总结出针刺法,灸法,针、灸并用法,电针法,穴位注射法,穴位埋线,针挑治疗,填脐灸法,针药配合疗法治疗排卵性不孕症的临床治疗概况与研究现状。指出针灸对本病疗效肯定,可作为配合现代助孕生殖技术的有效手段,而治疗本病的临床随机对照试验则是今后的研究方向。

Through back analyzing literatures that treated infertilitas feminis caused by ovulation failure with acupuncture in recent ten years, some related methods, acupuncture method, moxibustion, combination of acupunctureand moxibustion, electrical acupuncture, point injection, catgut implantation at acupoin, and so on, were summarized for the treatment of this disease, the result indicated acupuncture had a good effect on it, which could match modern generating technology as a kind of effective method, clinical randomly control experiment should be study direction in the furture.
