摘要
采用酯化型环氧树脂(PC)与高氯聚乙烯(HCPE)共混,制得PC改性HCPE防腐蚀涂料,可作为氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)防腐蚀涂料的替代品种。介绍了PC改性HCPE防腐蚀底漆、面漆的配方及生产工艺。列举了该涂料与CSM防腐蚀涂料的性能对比。讨论了溶剂、改性树脂、颜填料对涂料性能的影响。
A PC(polyester epoxy) modified HCPE(high chloropolyethylene) corrosion protective coatings by blending of PC and HCPE has been developed, which could be used as an alternative of chlorosulphonated polyethylene(CSM) corrosion protective coatings. The formulation of primer as well as the finish based on the modified HCPE resin and production process were described. A comparison of properties of the coatings with CSM coatings was listed. The influence of solvents, modified resins, and pigments and fillers on the coating properties was discussed.
