摘要
LKQ中深层稠油油田进入高含水期后,抽油杆断脱、地层出砂现象明显增多,初期应用的空心杆泵上掺稀油降粘的井筒举升方式已无法满足油田开发和生产的要求。为了实现高速高效开发,稳定油田产量,发展了在稠油油藏中应用空心杆泵上掺稀油降粘配合潜油电泵技术。实践证明该技术有效提高采液速度,达到提液增油的目的,同时很大程度上减轻了抽油杆断脱和地层出砂对油田生产的影响,对油田稳产发挥了重要作用。
The lift technology by light oil solvent on hollow pump has not been invalid for LKQ medium-deep heavy oil field in high water cut condition where the problem of formation sand flow and rod parting constantly occurred.In order to realize 'high speed,high efficiency,high benefit' development and keep the steady production,the combination of light oil solvent on hollow pump to reduce viscosity and electric submersible pump is applied successfully.The practice proves that the technology can increase liquid productivity and achieve the goal of oil increment meanwhile it diminished the negative impact on formation and rod in high degree.The system is more reliable and efficient on keeping the steady production.
