摘要
科技是推动国民经济发展的重要力量,作为其基础的研究与开发(即R&D)的重要性也日益突显。改革开放以来,江苏省积极贯彻"科技兴省"战略,其科技经费尤其是R&D经费投入逐年增长,R&D经费来源也主要以企业投资为主,占到总经费的将近70%,这说明江苏省R&D经费分配结构渐趋合理,企业已经成为R&D活动的主要参与者和承担者,但与发达国家相比,仍然存在着R&D经费投入力度不足,结构失衡、高校R&D活动欠缺等问题。
Science and technology is very important for the development of national economy. Research and development which is the basis of science and technology, becomes more and more important. Since China started its drive of reform and opening up, Jiangsu Province has actively implemented the ＂science and technology＂ strategy. Its R＆D input has grown year by year. According to the researches, the allocation of R＆D funding in Jiangsu province has gradually become reasonable,and enterprises have become the major players. But compared with developed countries, there still exist problem, such as insufficient R ＆ D funding, structural imbalances, and lack of R＆D input for colleges and universities.
